Open Board Positions & Football Equipment Hand-in/Annual Meeting

The Bedford Bulldogs are seeking applicants for open executive board positions.  These open positions require a two year commitment. 

•President

•Secretary I (incumbent running for second term)

•Assistant Football Director

•Football Equipment Manager I (incumbent running for second term) 

•Assistant Spirit Director (incumbent running for second term) 

•Spirit Equipment Manager (incumbent running for second term)

Description of the roles can be found in our bylaw document.  

Interested applicants should submit a letter of interest to both president@bedfordbulldogs.org and secretary@bedfordbulldogs.org.  

Deadline for submission is Friday December 14.  

A vote will take place at equipment hand in/year-end meeting Wednesday Dec 19 in the Lurgio Cafeteria 5:30-8:30.  

Football families should plan on attending on the 19th to cast their vote and turn in their football equipment. 

JHL and 12U will have equipment hand-in from 6-7pm
9U/10U/11U will have their equipment hand-in from 7-8:30pm

Cheer families should plan on attending to cast their vote for the executive board. 

The Bulldogs will also have 9 open appointed roles for 2019.  The appointed roles will be voted on by the 2019 board at the January meeting.  The open roles are field coordinator, football registration coordinator, fundraising coordinator, merchandise coordinator, communications coordinator, technology coordinator, football equipment manager II, and cheer equipment manager.  These positions require a 1 year commitment.  We’ll have another communication on these roles by mid December.
